A clear, well-lit shot facing the camera, showing the head and chest. Natural light beats flash. Not perfect? Upload it anyway and we’ll tell you if we need another.

Can I see it before it ships?

Always. Every order includes a free digital proof, with unlimited revisions until it’s right. You approve it before anything is made, and if we do not hear back within 72 hours we go ahead and make it as it is. A reply holds it for as long as you need.

Do you do cats and other pets?

Cats, dogs, and most things with a face. Each portrait is one pet; many people order a set and hang them together.
